EPC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XAGE5, PRAMEF19, and C6orf118. Each is linked with EPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPC2-to-partner and partner-to-EPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XAGE5 grouped by EPC2-low versus EPC2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
