EPB41L4B

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EPB41L4B RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EPB41L4B data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher EPB41L4B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EPB41L4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and STAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and BRCA are the cancer types where EPB41L4B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
