EPB41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EPB41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 720 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPB41-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW10, SEC14L3, and OR14I1. Each is linked with EPB41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPB41-to-partner and partner-to-EPB41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXW10 grouped by EPB41-low versus EPB41-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPB41→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPB41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
