EPAS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPAS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,482 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTZ1, GCLC, and EMC3. Each is linked with EPAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPAS1-to-partner and partner-to-EPAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EPAS1 versus GSTZ1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
