EPAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EPAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EPAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK2, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with EPAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EPAS1-to-partner and partner-to-EPAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by EPAS1-low versus EPAS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EPAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EPAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
