EP300

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EP300 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,313 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EP300-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL9, SRP19, and CXCL10. Each is linked with EP300 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EP300-to-partner and partner-to-EP300 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXCL9 grouped by EP300-low versus EP300-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EP300→partner) and Y-score (partner→EP300) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
