EP300

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EP300 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EP300-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and ATM. Each is linked with EP300 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EP300-to-partner and partner-to-EP300 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by EP300-low versus EP300-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EP300→partner) and Y-score (partner→EP300) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
