EOLA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EOLA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,471 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EOLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, MIR95, and RN7SL810P. Each is linked with EOLA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EOLA1-to-partner and partner-to-EOLA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EOLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EOLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
