Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENTR1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,952 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENTR1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLINT1_S227, FOXO4_S241, and ADAMTSL2. Each is linked with ENTR1P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTR1P2-to-partner and partner-to-ENTR1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENTR1P2 versus CLINT1_S227 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
