Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENTR1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ENTR1P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ENTR1P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENTR1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where ENTR1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
