ENTR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,866 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REXO4, SNAPC4, and WDR5. Each is linked with ENTR1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTR1-to-partner and partner-to-ENTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENTR1 versus REXO4 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
