ENTR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR42, BSND, and OR1D5. Each is linked with ENTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTR1-to-partner and partner-to-ENTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR42 grouped by ENTR1-low versus ENTR1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
