ENTPD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENTPD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,284 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTPD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2, ARFGEF3, and PTGFRN. Each is linked with ENTPD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTPD3-to-partner and partner-to-ENTPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENTPD3 versus TRIM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENTPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENTPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
