ENTPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENTPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src_pY416, MEK1, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with ENTPD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTPD3-to-partner and partner-to-ENTPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src_pY416 grouped by ENTPD3-low versus ENTPD3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENTPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENTPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
