ENTPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENTPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENTPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4694, MIR4736, and CDRT8. Each is linked with ENTPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENTPD2-to-partner and partner-to-ENTPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4694 grouped by ENTPD2-low versus ENTPD2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENTPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENTPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
