ENSA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENSA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,176 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F8P, TRBV7-9, and MYO19. Each is linked with ENSA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENSA-to-partner and partner-to-ENSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F8P grouped by ENSA-low versus ENSA-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
