Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENSA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ENSA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENSA-to-partner and partner-to-ENSA results are reported.
