Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP7P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,725 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP7P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA processing, Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, and Obsolete histone methylation. Each is linked with ENPP7P3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP7P3-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP7P3 results are reported.
