Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENPP7P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ENPP7P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ENPP7P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENPP7P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and THYM show a favorable association.

KICH, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ENPP7P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
