Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENPP4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ENPP4 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ENPP4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENPP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where ENPP4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
