ENPP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,377 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB3, ZNHIT3, and FAM27E3. Each is linked with ENPP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP4-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB3 grouped by ENPP4-low versus ENPP4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
