ENPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,668 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P43, MCM2, and CDRT15P8. Each is linked with ENPP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPP2-to-partner and partner-to-ENPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P43 grouped by ENPP2-low versus ENPP2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
