ENPEP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,573 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPEP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPARC, COL3A1, and COL5A1. Each is linked with ENPEP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPEP-to-partner and partner-to-ENPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENPEP versus SPARC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
