Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENPEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,418 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, ZBTB17, and DPH2. Each is linked with ENPEP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPEP-to-partner and partner-to-ENPEP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by ENPEP-low versus ENPEP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
