Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENPEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,804 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENPEP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Monoatomic anion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with ENPEP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENPEP-to-partner and partner-to-ENPEP results are reported.
