Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,612 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, PHF23, and DHX15. Each is linked with ENO3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO3-to-partner and partner-to-ENO3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENO3 versus SUPT16H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
