The most reproducible ENO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGT, SERPINA4, and PPIG. Each is linked with ENO3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO3-to-partner and partner-to-ENO3 results are reported.
