ENO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,034 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPC1, EFEMP2, and GLRB. Each is linked with ENO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO2-to-partner and partner-to-ENO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENO2 versus TRPC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
