ENO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 814 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, RN7SL498P, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with ENO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENO1-to-partner and partner-to-ENO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-147P grouped by ENO1-low versus ENO1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
