ENKUR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENKUR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,014 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENKUR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM231, NME7, and WDR19. Each is linked with ENKUR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENKUR-to-partner and partner-to-ENKUR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENKUR versus TMEM231 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENKUR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENKUR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
