ENKD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENKD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEUP1, OR10W1, and TAFA1. Each is linked with ENKD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENKD1-to-partner and partner-to-ENKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEUP1 grouped by ENKD1-low versus ENKD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
