Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ENHO Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ENHO data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ENHO Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ENHO expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and ESCA are the cancer types where ENHO Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
