ENHO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENHO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,305 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENHO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VASP, SEC23A, and DOK1. Each is linked with ENHO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENHO-to-partner and partner-to-ENHO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENHO versus VASP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENHO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENHO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
