ENHO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENHO mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENHO-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem and CD8+ Tem. Each is linked with ENHO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENHO-to-partner and partner-to-ENHO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ Tem grouped by ENHO-low versus ENHO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENHO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENHO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
