Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENHO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENHO-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R2C, TMCO5A, and CCDC195. Each is linked with ENHO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENHO-to-partner and partner-to-ENHO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R2C grouped by ENHO-low versus ENHO-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENHO→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENHO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
