ENG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENG RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,153 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLVAP, ROBO4, and FAM110D. Each is linked with ENG in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENG-to-partner and partner-to-ENG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENG versus PLVAP in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
