Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,733 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ENG-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBLN5, C11orf96, and DIPK2B. Each is linked with ENG in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENG-to-partner and partner-to-ENG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENG versus FBLN5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
