ENG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNPLA5, USP29, and TEX33. Each is linked with ENG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENG-to-partner and partner-to-ENG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNPLA5 grouped by ENG-low versus ENG-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
