ENDOV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ENDOV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENDOV-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCHR2, GSTA3, and FAM205C. Each is linked with ENDOV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENDOV-to-partner and partner-to-ENDOV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCHR2 grouped by ENDOV-low versus ENDOV-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENDOV→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENDOV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
