ENDOU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENDOU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,488 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENDOU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SBSN, PLAUR, and MRPL49. Each is linked with ENDOU in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENDOU-to-partner and partner-to-ENDOU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENDOU versus SBSN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENDOU→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENDOU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
