ENDOU

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENDOU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,763 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENDOU-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIPL, WFDC2, and AREG. Each is linked with ENDOU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENDOU-to-partner and partner-to-ENDOU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENDOU versus BNIPL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENDOU→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENDOU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
