ENDOU

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENDOU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENDOU-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3661, LINC02271, and MIR367. Each is linked with ENDOU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENDOU-to-partner and partner-to-ENDOU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3661 grouped by ENDOU-low versus ENDOU-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENDOU→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENDOU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
