ENDOD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENDOD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,320 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENDOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUD13P1, APLP2, and LINC02701. Each is linked with ENDOD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENDOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ENDOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ENDOD1 versus BUD13P1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENDOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENDOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
