ENAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ENAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,983 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ENAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIMS3, LTV1, and SNRPGP6. Each is linked with ENAH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ENAH-to-partner and partner-to-ENAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIMS3 grouped by ENAH-low versus ENAH-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ENAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ENAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
