EMX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 202 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1292P, RN7SL316P, and RNA5SP419. Each is linked with EMX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMX1-to-partner and partner-to-EMX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1292P grouped by EMX1-low versus EMX1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
