EMP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,532 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYD, FMNL1, and ZYX. Each is linked with EMP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMP3-to-partner and partner-to-EMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EMP3 versus DPYD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
