Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,570 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of collagen metabolic process, Regulation of plasminogen activation, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with EMP3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMP3-to-partner and partner-to-EMP3 results are reported.
