EMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN10A, TRIM64B, and SPO11. Each is linked with EMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMP2-to-partner and partner-to-EMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
