EMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP417, MIR516B1, and RN7SKP121. Each is linked with EMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMP1-to-partner and partner-to-EMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP417 grouped by EMP1-low versus EMP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
