EML3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EML3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,734 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EML3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EEF2, EML3_S176, and CIAPIN1. Each is linked with EML3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EML3-to-partner and partner-to-EML3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EML3 versus EEF2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EML3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EML3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
